Paris, USA

Victor d’Allant recently drove thousands of miles to report from small American towns called Paris —from Paris, Idaho (pop. 479) in Mormon country, to Paris, Texas, the city made famous by Wim Wenders. A personal road trip deep into the South and the Midwest, as well as an intimate look into Trump’s America, “Paris, USA” (publication date: 2020) explores in 100 pictures the forgotten Americans’ way of life. GEO Magazine recently published a twelve-page portfolio of his work, and his photographs will be shown in the summer of 2020 at the Leica Gallery in Los Angeles / West Hollywood.
